The Evolve: Agents of Change campaign was created to inform, engage and motivate Avnet stakeholders about their role in Avnet’s SAP transition. The challenge of undergoing a complete business transformation meant employees were being asked to “rethink the way they work.” The goal of the Evolve campaign was to engage employees, motivate them to own the change, and then, ultimately, become active participants in shaping the future.
Through a series of video animations, posters, emails, and a web portal, Spark created a clear and consistent overall brand message for the campaign, developed brand statements and elements for each step of the transformation, produced visual logos and cues to support the messaging, and built supporting campaign materials to serve as touchpoints and motivators.
The campaign was extremely well received with 100% of employees completing the necessary training to “evolve” to SAP. Employees printed and posted “certificates” for the completion of each stage in their workspace, and the sample of employees interviewed enjoyed seeing their President participate in a James Bond video to launch the campaign. The 18-month long campaign was seamlessly executed and rolled-out on target.
