The company has developed more than five million square feet of neighborhood, community and specialty centers with particular emphasis on unique architectural design and quality tenant mix.

The Pederson Group engaged with Spark to serve as designer and developer of their website in 2004. The site includes an interactive map of current and previous projects including a description and specifications for each project, a pdf brochure and information on availability.
