Woodbine Southwest is a custom developer focused on development opportunities in the southern United States, with particular emphasis on projects in Arizona and Nevada. The company's projects focus on three key areas: hotels, resorts and golf courses; multi-use land developments; and real estate services provided to corporations, non-profits and individuals.
Agency / Client Relationship:
Woodbine Southwest engaged with Spark to serve as a marketing partner. This partnership includes collecting and reporting industry data, forecasting market trends, and developing and guiding the property brands as they are developed. The team is responsible for promoting each aspect of Woodbine's properties, from retail to condominiums. Communication between the agency and client is key to the success of the relationship. Further, account management systems are in place to facilitate constant communication and ensure accuracy and quality of work.
Marketing & Business Materials:
Spark is responsible for creating marketing and sales materials used to promote retail space to national and local brokers, as well as building a brand and lifestyle around The Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons to sell the residential aspect of the project.
Advertising and Marketing Programs:
The goal of Woodbine's marketing strategy is to successfully manage the following: the Kierland Commons brand, The Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons condos, and Woodbine's latest development, the upscale lifestyle center, Main Street Commons in Gilbert, Arizona. A myriad of marketing efforts are employed to promote, reinforce, and maintain these brands. Special, on-site events have generated sales for The Plaza Lofts, while print and online ads are presenting the new Main Street brand to local Valley residents. In addition, direct marketing efforts have been implemented to create a one-to-one relationship with the target demographics for each property.
Events:
Spark plans and manages all events for Woodbine Southwest developments – including the sales events, retention program events, grand opening events, and special program events – working with similar brands to co-market the event and the lifestyle, unique to Woodbine Southwest’s projects.
